Documentary: The Ascension Gate
At the Boarding Gate: Stories Told in the Voices of Their Owners
Gateway to Ascension" is a documentary film that narrates the testimonies of those injured in the King Khalid International Airport incident, and approaches the human experience behind the event, with voices from those who lived through it.
Through their stories, the film relives moments of pain, fear, and survival, and what remains of them in memory, highlighting the patience, solidarity, and human stances that appear in the most difficult circumstances. A work that preserves the narrative for those who experienced it, and grants us space to listen to their stories and understand the impact of those moments on their lives.
